From the seed of intention to the rooted tree of transformation, our integration process is designed to support you on your journey to wholeness.
From the seed of intention to the rooted tree of transformation, our integration process is designed to support you on your journey to wholeness.
Integration means bringing parts together to make a whole. This includes our childhood, shadow, and divine nature.
Our sacraments can bring awareness to these areas, but the teachings are only meaningful when they are implemented into our thoughts and actions.
This is why we believe having an integration process is just as important as the ceremony.

Beginning with preparation through guided journaling prompts, this is where you will get clear on your intentions. On the final retreat day, we will hold an integration workshop and work with you on designing an action plan. Lastly, we will have a follow-up meeting a week later to tune in with your progress.
If you’d like extra ongoing support, guidance, or accountability, we can connect you with one of our wonderful integration coaches.
