Welcome to Agape Sanctuary. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Agape Sanctuary website and your participation in our retreats, community gatherings, community calls, and other events and programs.
By using our website, registering for an Agape offering, or participating in an Agape program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agape Offerings
Agape Sanctuary provides retreats, community gatherings, community calls, and other events and programs.
Information about individual offerings, including dates, locations, pricing, registration requirements, and other details, may be provided on the applicable registration or event page.
Agape reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an offering when reasonably necessary.
2. Retreat Applications and Participation
Certain Agape retreats and programs require an application and approval before participation.
Participants may be required to provide personal, medical, mental health, medication, emergency contact, and other information as part of the application and preparation process.
Specific terms governing participation in Agape retreats, including participant responsibilities, community agreements, confidentiality, assumption of risk, health and safety requirements, ceremonial practices, media and recording, and release of liability, are contained in Agape’s Retreat Participation Agreement & Terms, which participants are required to review and accept through the applicable intake or registration process.
Where applicable, the Retreat Participation Agreement & Terms governs participation in the retreat in addition to these general Terms.
3. Registration and Payment
When registering for an Agape retreat, gathering, call, or other program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is current and accurate.
Payment terms, deposits, balances, and other registration requirements will be provided during the applicable registration process.
Payments for retreats and other offerings may be processed through Retreat Guru and its payment processing services.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Agape’s current Cancellation Policy applies to registrations where specified.
The Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on our website.
Agape may provide credits, refunds, or other remedies in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy and the circumstances of the particular offering.
5. Community Conduct
We ask all members of the Agape community to participate with respect, consideration, and integrity.
Participants may be asked to follow additional community agreements, event guidelines, or retreat-specific requirements.
Agape reserves the right to deny participation or remove an individual from an event or community activity when their conduct presents a safety concern, substantially disrupts an offering, or violates applicable agreements or guidelines.
6. Community Communications and SMS
Agape may communicate with members of its community by email, SMS, and other communication methods when individuals have provided appropriate consent.
Our SMS program is intended for past retreat attendees and members of the Agape community and may include monthly community calls, upcoming gatherings, celebration dinners, and other community announcements.
By opting in to Agape’s SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number you provided.
***Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to an Agape text message. Reply "HELP" for assistance or contact us at love@agapeayahuasca.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or participating in an Agape offering.

7. Third-Party Services
Agape may use third-party platforms and services to administer registrations, communicate with participants, host virtual gatherings, process payments, and manage events.
These services may include Retreat Guru, Ontraport, Zoom, Google Meet, and Partiful.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
8. Website Content
The content provided on the Agape website is intended for general informational purposes.
Agape makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Agape may update, change, or remove website content at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website content created or provided by Agape, including written materials, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original content, belongs to Agape or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Agape’s original content without prior written permission.
10. No Professional or Medical Advice
Information provided through the Agape website or community communications is not intended to replace individualized medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Where applicable, retreat-specific health, safety, participation, and risk provisions are governed by the Retreat Participation Agreement & Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agape is not responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, or other consequences arising from the use of our website or third-party services.
Any retreat-specific assumption-of-risk, release, waiver, or liability provisions are addressed in the Retreat Participation Agreement & Terms accepted during the applicable intake or registration process.
12. Changes to These Terms
Agape may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the website or participation in Agape offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
