How to Apply:

1) Mindfully fill out the intake form below.

2) Submit your deposit ($800) + room amount (if applicable).

3) Attend a Zoom Q&A or schedule a video call.

One we receive all of these items, our screening committee will review your information to ensure that everything is safe and aligned. Once approved, we will email you a welcome email, documents to sign, and Preparatory Guide. At this time, we will also process your remaining balance.

Are you currently taking any medication that affects your serotonin system? (MAOI's, SSRI's, SNRI's, etc). Please describe if yes or maybe.

Note: Due to the current research, many medications that act on the serotonin receptors are not compatible with psilocybin. Only make medication changes with the help of your doctor. Do not stop taking your prescriptions abruptly to join our ceremonies. If you believe your medication is not contraindicated, we will speak 1-1 with you. There is possibility of joining with your doctor's approval.
